Our men's conference is a chance for men to take a break from the grind of life, have a ton of fun doing various activities, build deeper friendships with one another, and most of all connect with Jesus in a powerful way. Whether you're younger or older, there will be something at this conference for you. Also, it doesn't matter where you are in your faith, this conference will challenge every man to take their next step in following Jesus.

• Date/time: Friday, April 24 (6:00pm-10:30pm) - Saturday, April 25 (8:00am-3:30pm)
• Food includes a loaded nacho bar, breakfast burritos, bacon, burgers, and more 
• Activities include: axe throwing, putting contest, pop-a-shot truck, RC car races, corn hole tournament, video game truck, bonfires, free beard trims, and more
• Prizes and giveaways throughout the conference
• Multiple sessions worship led by our Redemption Chapel worship team and teaching from guest speaker Andy Blanks (see speaker bio below)
• Breakout sessions on practical topics that will help men in every season of life

Speaker bio: Andy Blanks is a builder at heart. Whether it is a book, a sermon, a piece of furniture, or an organization, Andy is most at home when he is creating. Over the past two decades, God has allowed Andy to be a part of starting or growing various dynamic organizations and initiatives. Andy is the co-founder and CEO of Iron Hill Press. He also co-founded and served as the former Publisher for YM360; he is still active as a board member and special projects consultant. A former Marine and avid outdoorsman, Andy has authored numerous books, Bible studies, and articles and is a sought-after speaker at events and conferences. He is active in his local church, teaching adult, men’s, and small groups. Andy and his wife, Brendt, were married in 2000 and have lived in Birmingham, AL, ever since. They have four children, three girls and one boy.

Conference Theme: LEAD. It’s what men were created for and what they’re called to do. Communities, workplaces, churches, women, and children flourish when men lead with character and humility. But in today’s culture, too many men are stuck on the sidelines, choosing passivity over leadership. It’s time for men to reject passivity. It’s time to LEAD. That’s the focus and challenge of this year’s conference. Men will learn why they were created to lead, how Jesus models true leadership, and what it takes to lead the hardest person of all—themselves.
