Women’s Conference

March 4 | 8:30am-3:30pm

When you think about being nourished, what comes to mind? Usually we think of nutrition. Am I fed? Did I get enough to eat today? Was it good food that made my body stronger and healthier? But nutrition isn’t all just about food. True nourishment considers the whole person – body, mind, and spirit.

What am I putting into my mind? What am I feeding my heart? Do I have good rhythms that refuel and refresh my body?

In fact, Websters defines nourished this way: to promote the growth or development of. When was the last time you really thought about your own internal growth and development? How do you maintain spiritual and emotional health when the world seems bent on stripping all the nutrients out?

The Nourished Conference is a bi-annual time for Redemption Chapel women to step away from their usual grind for a Saturday and consider their soul diet – the state of their spiritual and emotional nourishment. It will be a day designed to fill you up with teaching and discussion and plenty of space for reflection.

This year’s conference will feature speaker and author and fellow Ohioan, Amy Seiffert. She’ll share with us some of her latest passion from her forthcoming book, Starved – which is all about our need for a Spiritual Diet change that will move us from tired, anxious, and overwhelmed to fulfilled, whole, and free.
