I’m Portage County born and raised, having only recently crossed over the border to Summit. Growing up, I regularly attended church, but it wasn’t until the end of high school that my religion turned into a relationship. Up until that point, I had thought my accolades and honors gave me worth and overshadowed my sin. One question sticks out as the catalyst for change in my life; “you know you need saved?” Through the work of the Holy Spirit, I now know I am a beloved daughter saved only through the atoning work of Jesus on the cross. Through the Lord’s grace, I’ve been relying on His honor and work ever since. My husband and I got married in our early 20s and have been blessed with raising two children. I joined the Redemption staff in 2026 after 10 years of teaching elementary school and am grateful for the opportunity to serve the women of Redemption. Outside of work and church, I enjoy reading old stories, walking/running outside, eating pastries, and spending time with my family.
